Initial Comments:
An unannounced, on-site follow up survey conducted on December 13, 2022 found that Griswold Home Care of Cumberland County, PA had corrected the deficiencies cited under Title 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H: Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state licensure survey completed on November 24, 2021.
